1. No Return & No Refund Policy
As a standard company policy, Zovix India strictly follows a "No Return and No Refund" policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any orders once they are successfully placed and dispatched.
2. Exceptions (Damaged/Defective Items)
In the highly unlikely event that you receive a physically damaged or completely incorrect product, we may review your case at our sole discretion. You must email us at sonaenterprises5262@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video/photographs.
If your claim is verified and approved by our management team, we will personally contact you with the next steps. Without prior email approval, no returns will be entertained. Damaged products will be replaced and delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped from our warehouse.
